David Anothy Burke( D4vd) who was a rising music star was arrested in April of this year with allegations of sexual abuse and lewd/ lascivious acts with a minor, first degree murder, and unlawful mutilation of dismemberment of human remains (ABC7 New York 2026).

D4vd was involved with a 14-year-old Celeste R since she was 11 years old and he was 17. He has plead not guilty. 

His case has originally been taken by Blare Berk, Marylin Bednarski until he was dropped. D4vd will now be defended by a publicly assigned attorney Wailid Kandeel. The family of Celeste was not too happy about the arrangement of this matter because they think he has the money, but he is rather hiding it than not having any.

Do most of the public -including me- think that he’s guilty? Absolutely!!!
